Can I include my own forms, inspection guidelines and checklists?
Yes, your Design Studio enables you to include – very simply – checklists identical to your original “paper” versions, to modify each form, to enable/disable functions (e.g. sharing of signatures, alerts, observations, etc.) and to modify the structure of the App and its design (icons).
Can I attach my data to my various projects, worksites and places of activity?
Yes, our system enables you to create your own project structure on four levels. You can thus attach each piece of data to a specific place, zone and worksite.
How do I publish an inspection report? Is it quick to do?
At the end of an inspection, all your data are automatically consolidated into a report including photos and anomaly criteria… a few minutes will suffice.
Can I customise and configure the App unaided?
Yes, you can do a great deal of customisation unaided directly online. If you have any technical problems, our team is there to support and advise you.
I would like to include other types of inspection (PPE, worksite vehicles, fire extinguishers, etc.). How can I do it?
At any time, you can adapt your initial App to deal with other topics (QHSE briefings, training, inspections, etc.) by adding appropriate icons and forms or even modules. Contact us because we will certainly have a ready-to-use module to speed things up.
